Felopateer Palace offers returns for items within 14 days of its delivery.
You may return items received as damaged and defective 14 days of its delivery.
Once your return is received by the over agent(s),It will reviewed and inspected (usually within 3 – 5 business days of receipt). A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be applied and posted to your account. Please be advised that the initial shipping fee incurred by Felopateer Palace, will be deducted from the refunded amount on returned orders that were dispatched via ground shipping. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs even if the Free Shipping option was selected (usually EGP 40-150).

Gifts with Purchase:Free or discounted items shipped as a promotional gift with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in the original condition as described in the Standard Return
The retail value of a gift with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. - Damaged Box or Damaged Product:If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact customer service no later than 24 Hours of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, please keep all packaging, contents and immediately contact customer service via info@felopateer.com or +201286666440. Our customer service professionals may request photos of the packaging to submit a damage claim with the carrier.
- Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to the additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be re-shipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and the customer has not contacted a Customer Loyalty Specialist the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
